What should I do if product isn't flowing through the rollerball upon first roll onto skin?

Be sure to roll the rollerball back and forth for one minute to allow product to flow through the opening.

How do I store my Pairs Well products?

Our formulas perform best when kept at room temperature, keep away from extreme heat or cold. Please note that the bottles are made of glass and may break if not properly secured.
